Responsibilities:

  • Travailler en équipe avec un objectif commun d’atteindre une norme de qualité élevée.
  • Fournir un service à la clientèle de premier niveau concernant les demandes de renseignements sur les produits, les comptes, l’utilisation et les applications
  • Construire et entretenir des relations clients positives en proposant des solutions personnalisées et s'assurer que les demandes sont traitées de manière appropriée en se coordonnant avec diverses fonctions au sein de l'entreprise. Planifier les appels de service et faire le suivi avec les clients / clients
  • Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes techniques à l'aide d'outils et de procédures de diagnostic établis. Escalade les problèmes des clients selon les besoins.
  • Responsable de la saisie précise des données en utilisant les applications prescrites.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team with a common goal of achieving a high quality standard.
  • Provide first level customer service regarding inquiries about product / account / usage and applications
  • Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company. Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients
  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures. Escalate customer issues as required.
  • Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications

Experience Required for Your Success

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full time availability between the hours of: Mon - Sun 8AM - 11PM
  • Excellent home internet hardwired - Wifi is not permitted
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both spoken and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking customers across Canada and around the world.
