Randstad Canada is hiring for our client, a leader in metal / automotive manufacturing in Windsor, for long-term Production Associates.

These roles are contract to permanent, meaning that permanent roles are offered to employees who successfully complete their contract with Randstad Canada.

We are hiring for the following shifts :

  • Rotating Days / Afternoons (days : 6 : 45 AM - 2 : 45 PM; afternoons : 2 : 45 PM - 10 : 45 PM, two weeks per schedule)
  • Straight Nights (10 : 45 PM - 6 : 45 AM)

All shifts are Mondays - Fridays. Applicants must have full availability

Starting wage for the position is $17.55 per hour.

New hire orientations are offered weekly on Mondays for new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling parts
  • Packaging parts
  • Quality inspection
  • Cleaning up work station
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Availability for full-time hours
  • Ability to work ongoing (no seasonal roles available)
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions in English
  • 6 months prior experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Must have CSA approved safety shoes
