About the team
The Professional Services (ProServ) Strategy & Operations team drives business changes related to tooling, processes, and policies. We facilitate incremental improvements in productivity to help ProServ deliver solutions and enhance Stripe's revenue. Our global team spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, composed of business partners working directly with ProServ and technical resources managing tools, data, analytics, and operational activities. Your efforts will have a significant impact on supporting a rapidly scaling sales organization while ensuring that customers from global enterprises to ambitious startups can efficiently adopt and integrate Stripe's capabilities.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a foundational builder to lead the charge in standing up our net-new Certinia implementation. This isn't a "maintenance" role, you will be the primary architect and engineer responsible for designing, building, and launching our Professional Services automation engine from the ground up. As a key member of the ProServ Strategy & Operations team, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. You’ll be a thought leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to write Apex, design complex flows, and integrate APIs, all while ensuring our global ProServ team has a world-class platform to scale. Once established, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our Certinia environment as well as iterating and improvements as Stripe’s needs change. This is a unique opportunity to replace our core platform, driving significant efficiencies and playing a key role in our success over the coming years as we scale.

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is CA$106,100 - CA$159,100. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
