Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

The Analyst acts as the trusted partner to the Merchandising Execution Team (MET) by providing financial direction, insights and analysis to help the team achieve their business objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
• Participate in the forecasting, planning and analysis of the business unit’s P&L
• Present monthly P&L results to business partners including Sr. Directors, Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers
• Analyze funding trends to identify risks and opportunities impacting the P&L
• Support the forecasting of payroll costs and collaborate with the Workforce Planning team to drive accountability to achieve payroll targets
• Manage MET vendor contracts and ensure that correct collection rates are set up in SAP
• Collaborate with business partners to identify incremental vendor funding opportunities
• Participate in budget preparation, reporting, journal entries and Cost Benefit Analysis submissions
• Work with the other Analyst on the team during peak season to help manage the financials of Merchandising projects, including budget spend tracking, funding allocation across projects and reporting
Skills & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar financial systems
• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
