Position Description:

Location - Mississauga (Hybrid - 2 days per week) - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, build, and support Kofax TotalAgility (TTA) workflows, including capture, classification, extraction, validation, and exception handling.
• Develop document automation solutions using Kofax Capture, Transformation Modules, OCR/ICR, and integrate with ECM/BPM systems.
• Implement and enhance automation using JavaScript, C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, JSON/XML.
• Integrate Generative AI / AI ML tools (LLMs, document understanding, summarization, entity extraction) into document workflows.
• Support cloud enabled solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance in Kofax environments.
• Ensure compliance, security, and documentation standards within banking or regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide guidance to junior developers when needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience: 2+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years hands-on in Kofax TotalAgility (TTA) including Kofax Capture, Transformation Modules, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Core Skills: Design, develop, and support Kofax TTA workflows, document classification, extraction, validation, exception handling, and end-to-end capture-to-ECM/BPM integrations.
• GenAI & AI Stack: Experience integrating Generative AI and AI/ML services into document workflows (LLMs, document understanding, summarization, entity extraction, conversational search).
Technical Stack:
• Languages & Scripting: JavaScript, .NET, C#, Python
• Platforms & Tools: Kofax TotalAgility, Kofax Capture, Kofax RPA, OCR/ICR, REST APIs, JSON/XML
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker (nice to have)
• Strong experience in banking or regulated environments, including security, compliance, performance tuning, production support, documentation, and mentoring junior developers.
