Estimator Civil

Our client a leading Construction organization is looking for an Intermediate Level Civil Estimator with 5 years of experience in a similar role. The company located in the Greater Toronto Area is growing its team and they need you.

Your experience you bring will include:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in related discipline or trade experience or equivalent.

4-5 years of related experience

Scope of projects: $25 million

In-Office position

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyze contract documents to determine project requirements.

Contribute to establishing a critical path schedule including milestones.

Complete quantity take-offs for labor equipment and materials.

Contribute to pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements.

Document all estimate information for project teams upon award and ensure all documents and data support estimate figures.

Conduct risk analysis for review by the assigned project sponsor.

Review proposal specifications and attend pre-bid meetings.
