Lead structured phone / video conversations (no cold outreach)
Join weekly training calls and apply learning consistently
Use simple workflows and follow-up routines
Build and maintain a professional online presence
Learn digital fundamentals as needed (full training and support provided)
Develop leadership and professional capabilities as part of the pathway
Who This May Suit
10–15+ years of professional experience
Mature, reliable, self-directed, comfortable taking ownership
Growth-oriented and willing to learn within a structured model
Able to commit 10–15 hours / week consistently
Interested in building more flexibility over time by creating something independent
Requirements
Based in Canada and able to operate as a self-employed / independent contractor and invoice from Canada
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working remotely with structure and accountability
