Depending on the project, we evolve this storyline into a strategic roadmap and detailed project plan for execution. We also collaborate with clients through the implementation to see the vision become a reality.

The focus does not stop with the client. There are endless options for internal projects that individuals might be passionate about leading or joining: market research, proposals, recruiting, innovation labs, strategy development, AI joint ventures, and career coaching/mentorship, just to name a few.

  • Demonstrates understanding of the full Source to Pay lifecycle, from intake, to sourcing, to procurement, through to invoicing and working through process assessments, mapping and future state process improvement
  • Demonstrates experience developing and delivering high quality client deliverables, assessments, workshop facilitation, and presentation that involves senior stakeholders
  • Is committed to professional and client service excellence
  • Has strong business acumen with solid analytical skills.
  • Is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with pressing deadlines and changing priorities
