company. Key Responsibilities : - Enter and maintain data in our
systems accurately and efficiently - Verify and correct any
discrepancies in data - Generate reports and analyze data for
accuracy and completeness - Organize and maintain physical and
digital files - Collaborate with other team members to ensure data
integrity and consistency - Communicate effectively with clients
and team members regarding data-related inquiries - Continuously
improve data entry processes and procedures - Adhere to company
policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security
Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven
experience as a data entry clerk or similar role - Excellent typing
and data entry skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data
management software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to
work independently and in a team environment - Strong
organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle
