Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. SkillsExperience and Skill Set Requirements

· 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration

· 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.

· 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

· 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.

· Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

· Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.

· Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

· Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.

· Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.

· Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)

Report Development Skills - 35%

· Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development

· Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills- 20%

· Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

· Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

· Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Public Sector Experience- 5%

· Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset

· Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.

Must haves:
