Comfortable prioritizing and working iteratively; guided by user feedback, data, and company goals.
Intellectually curious; capable of tackling novel challenges lacking prior precedent.
Driven to maximize productivity, both self and team.
Familiar with frontend development; understands how web application components come together.
Proficient in Figma.

Leading design for new opportunities from start to finish, such as managing clinical correspondence, automating patient treatment, and NHS integration.
Enhancing flagship features to maximize user impact, e.g., speeding up appointment invitations for clinical users multiple times daily.
Collaborating with our exclusive community of passionate customers for feedback and influence, including participating in calls and visiting workplaces to understand their needs.
Shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features to maximize network value, often without Product Managers, requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
Implementing effective processes to boost team productivity, including formalizing design standards and scaling tools for high retention feature shipping.
