  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess and implement AI tools.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling case studies and Salesware decks.
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and update case studies that provide evidence of our Consulting solutions, showcasing our impact and value to clients.
  • Create and maintain Salesware decks to support business development and client presentations.
  • Participate as a leading member of the AI Minds working group, contributing to the evolution of our AI‑driven solutions and facilitating actionable adoption workshops.
  • Assist with scribing, note‑taking, and other administrative duties to support project timelines and client expectations.
  • Support assessing and implementing new AI tools for innovating on total experience maps and enhancing team efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate AI tools and prompts for efficiencies into ongoing projects.
  • Support the development of a robust case study process, capturing the great work being done and using it to drive business development.
  • Work closely with the Directors, Consultants, and senior leaders to ensure effective onboarding, mentorship, and support throughout the tenure.

Job Benefits

At Bond, we believe in investing in the next generation of innovators, leaders, and changemakers. Our Early Talent program offers you a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to real client projects from day one. You’ll benefit from personalized mentorship, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth — plus moments that matter, like social events such as F1rst Thursdays and Kick‑Off gatherings, which make it easy to build relationships, connect with colleagues, and have fun along the way.
