Our client, a national professional organization with a highly engaged membership, is seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist for a newly created, strategic role that is central to their digital transformation and AI initiatives.
This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and governance, responsible for turning organizational data into a trusted, actionable asset that drives smarter decisions across all teams.
Reporting into a highly collaborative technology function, the Specialist will design and build modern data infrastructure, develop enterprise reporting and dashboards, and implement data governance frameworks that support ethical, secure, and compliant data use. The role plays a central part in activating the Institute’s AI strategy by ensuring data is well‑structured, accessible, and ready to support advanced analytics and innovation.
This is a hands‑on role with strategic influence where priorities may shift based on organizational needs. You will work closely with IT, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership, acting as a trusted partner who translates business questions into scalable data solutions.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building foundational data capabilities, working with minimal hand‑holding, and having visible impact in a mission‑driven, member‑focused organization.
You bring a blend of technical depth, practical analytics experience, and strong communication skills, along with the confidence to operate independently in a collaborative, expert‑driven environment.
