Speech Language Pathologist – Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Oakville, Halton Regions

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist in the Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Oakville, Halton regions.

Salary Range: $91.14 – $100.25 per visit

What You Will Do

  • Assess and implement SLP interventions (e.g., swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home‑based setting
  • Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary, team‑based approach to care and services
  • Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (e.g., enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)
  • Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Person‑ and family‑centered focus in all care activities
  • Comfortable delivering care both in person and via virtual methods/technology
  • Passionate, empathetic, apply good judgment and critical thinking when making client decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently
  • Flexible and capable of applying critical thinking to a variety of situations
  • Value the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home where they want to be
