Responsibilities

DescriptionResponsibilities Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the clients service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models, in order to meet client CRM application business requirement and project/initiative deliverables. General Skills Knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols. Knowledge of related best practices, OPS directory/messaging standards, standard facilities architecture management, facility service delivery processes, infrastructures policies, procedures and direction, cost models and procurement processes, Ability to gather client business requirements; corporate I&IT information mandates, client information technology strategic plans, environment and standards Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short/long term CRM solution service development activities. Knowledge of leading edge technologies design criteria, security and recovery procedures, preparation of technical specifications for installation, testing and performance of integrated, multi-services systems; assess performance and capacity of existing system making recommendations for improving performance and develop technical documentation. Experience planning, migrating, implementing and sustaining large complex system development projects Knowledge of technology developments, trends and new products to evaluated application to client short and long term technology requirements. Basic knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK), analytical tools and processes. Conceptual and analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs and conduct cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning and designing solutions. Experience designing and developing large, complex, CRM applications Experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions, technical performance and capacity of existing systems and determine need and feasibility of expansion, renovation or replacement. Skill Set Requirements

• 10+ years experience (including recent experience) architecting, solutioning and hands on configuring complex Siebel Public Sector solutions including the use of or integration with Siebel e-Services, Siebel remote, Siebel EAI, EIM, SMARTScript, Siebel Remote, Web Services and Siebel BI Publisher)
• 4+ hand on experience in developing RESTful service with JSON
• 10+ years experience integrating with Single Sign solutions like OID, ONe-Key, GO-PKI and Public Secure
• 5+ hand on experience hand on customizing Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting
• 5+ Demonstrated and hand on experience Siebel Smart Scripts and Task Based UI
• 4+ Demonstrated and hand on experience with Jscript bootstrap framework
• 10+ years experience setting up multi-organization data structures and data visibility
• 10+ years experience configuring picklist and List-of-value (LOV) for multiple organizations and multiple languages
• 10+ experience with developing unit testing scripts
• 2+ Experience configuring with Siebel IP20.x experience an asset
• 2+ years experience setting up DR/RR environment and migration
• 10+ years of demonstrated and hands on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x
• 10+ years with Siebel data modelling and EIM
• 5+ years with Siebel OpenUI and PM/PR scripting
• 5+ years demonstrated and hands experience with the planning of ETL migrations of data from legacy solutions to the new Siebel solution using tools like EIM and development of custom data loaders
• 10+ years demonstrated hands-on experience with Siebel EAI, Web Service, data transformation and integration
• 15+ years of hands on experience architecting and installing complex Siebel Public Sector systems including use of Siebel ADM, Oracle OID for single Sign on authentication and Siebel server to server encryption for high sensitive data
• 15+ experience troubleshooting and resolving issues of large complex Siebel Public Sector that including inthration with several systems and use of Single signon
• 15+ years hand on experience in integrating Siebel Public Sector with non-Siebel systems like ESRI, Address Lookups (e.g Canada Post) and SaaS solutions like Oracle Service Cloud and traditional middleware like BizTalk
• Experience with evaluating and documenting Siebel upgrade paths
• Experience and understanding of Workspace and parallel development
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Oracle development methodologies, tools, and resources
• Demonstrated experience with documentation of technical blueprints, build-books and procedure manuals
• Experience with documenting processes and enhancement build books
• Demonstrated ability to research and recommend Oracle tools and techniques that could be leveraged
• Experience with developing prototype build books
• Experience with documenting performance measures of the new environments
• Experience working in an agile project delivery team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Siebel OpenUI (7+ years): PM/PR Scripting
• Siebel Smart Scripts and Task Based UI (5+ years)
• Siebel e-Services ( 10+ years)
• Siebel EAI, EIM, BI Publisher Reports (10+ years)
• REST web service (using JSON) (5+ years)
