Our client, a global leader in skylights and daylighting solutions, is seeking a Construction Training Specialist to join their team in the GTA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction or roofing background who enjoys teaching, working with their hands, and helping others succeed.
In this role, you’ll train contractors, roofers, and installers on the proper installation of skylight products. You’ll be the go-to expert in the field, traveling to job sites and hosting training sessions at the company’s Academy in Oakville. Beyond installation techniques, you’ll also share best practices that help installers grow their business and improve profitability.
This is a great step for someone who wants to move from hands‑on construction work into a role that blends technical expertise, training delivery, and customer interaction.
