As Audi of Halifax's Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department, driving performance, and developing a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong presence on the sales floor, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to process. By actively supporting your team, reinforcing best practices, and leading by example, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the department achieves its sales and profitability goals.
