A busy, well-established dental practice is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Senior Dental Administrator to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in patient communication, and has strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
Coordinate scheduling for restorative and specialty procedures
Support patients with insurance inquiries, estimates, and financial arrangements
Ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation through treatment completion
Manage front desk operations, patient flow, and team communication
Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation
Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to optimize schedules and production
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in dental administration or treatment coordination
Strong understanding of dental procedures and treatment planning workflows
Experience with insurance processing, billing, and patient financing discussions
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
Confident, proactive, and comfortable in a leadership support role
Experience using ABELDent dental software required or strongly preferred
