Job descriptionLead and develop the conference services team Oversee major events and conferences end-to-end Ensure smooth execution, strong guest experience, and revenue performance Handle forecasting, resumes, BEOs, contracts, and space usage Work closely with Director on budgets, planning, and operations Client relationship management + site inspections Hiring, onboarding, training Run weekly conference meetings when needed Prior leadership experience in conference / events / hospitality Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Event systems + Microsoft Office Post-secondary education = nice to have, not critical Full benefits + pension match (up to 5%) Staff meals Travel & hotel discounts Relocation help + optional housing Discounts on food, spa, fitness, golf
