You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination of international mobility processes, supporting employees and stakeholders in navigating the complexities of global assignments. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (HR, managers, external vendors), validate immigration assessments, and coordinate relocation and tax processes, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing international assignment and contracts, but also organizing briefings and ensuring compliance with international mobility policies and immigration regulations.

We'll look to you for : Managing individual files related to international mobilityCoordinating actions required for immigration in Canada aligned with project needsValidating immigration assessments, paperwork, and supporting Permanent Residency processes with stakeholdersBe the main point of contact for employees on international mobility / immigration matterProviding data and cost estimations to managers and HR before assingmentContributing to packages / contracts presentation to employees, including hypothetical taxesParticipating in briefing calls with employees, managers, and HRCoordinating relocation, immigration, and tax processes with external vendorsPreparing secondment / recharge agreements and managing the recharge processUpdating calculations, salary reviews, and preparing tax reconciliations on an annual basisReconciliating invoices from vendors with project to ensure timely cost allocationLegal review and briefing to HR team in case of changes / updates, anticipating risks / opportunitiesSupport any additional tasks as required
Required Skills / Qualifications : Minimum bachelor's degree in HR or similar fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an international mobility coordinatorFirst experience in expatriate management (as HRBP or IM Specialist)Knowledge of Canadian Immigration legislation preferredProficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plusStrong communication and facilitation skills, including tact and diplomacyCapacity to listen and understand individual and business needsAbility to influence and convince stakeholdersStrong analytical skillsPeople-oriented with the ability to navigate cultural differencesProven ability to work productively both independently and as part of a teamStrong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility and willingness to attend calls across different time zonesOn-site presence : 4 days / week
