About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive who thrives on acquiring net-new clients and closing recurring Managed Services contracts. This is not a product resale role, your focus will be on selling annual MSP agreements that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new logos: Prospect SMB and mid-market accounts in the GTA; generate pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
- Sell managed services first: Position our Client’s MSP offerings (IT support, cybersecurity, cloud management, vCIO) as strategic solutions, not one-off projects.
- Full-cycle sales: From initial outreach to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close; ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams.
- Executive-level engagement: Sell to Owners, CEOs, CFOs, and IT leaders; uncover business drivers and align MSP value.
- Pipeline discipline: Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent activity metrics.
- Brand representation: Attend local business events and associations to generate referrals and build visibility.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of net-new B2B hunting experience, ideally in MSP/IT services or recurring revenue models.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed quota on annual MSP deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills: ROI/TCO analysis, competitive displacement, and business case development.
- Comfortable engaging C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MSP solutions (service desk, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, security monitoring).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A true hunter mindset with grit and urgency.
- An Account Executive with a proven record of acquiring net-new clients from scratch
- Comfortable operating with no inherited pipeline, territory, or warm leads
- Responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing client relationships the business has never held before
- Expected to generate new revenue independently through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
