As Data & AI Alliance Executive, you will be responsible for originating and driving new business opportunities, with a primary focus on building and managing a robust revenue pipeline in the Data & AI domain. You will leverage your expertise to engage enterprise customers, strategic partners (including Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake), and internal stakeholders, ensuring KPMG's Data & AI solutions are top-of-mind for new and existing clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify , nurture, and convert opportunities into revenue growth for KPMG.

What you will do
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with Data & AI partners (Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, and other key ISVs), focusing on pipeline creation and expansion.
  • Drive partner plans and revenue origination strategies to increase KPMG's top line revenue and market adoption of KPMG Data & AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner field sal es teams, channels, and customers to generate and qualify new leads, moving them efficiently through the sal es funnel.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic business plans that prioritize opportunity identification, pipeline management, and revenue enablement in the Data & AI space.
  • Evangelize KPMG's Data & AI solutions and value proposition to drive awareness and interest among potential customers and partners.
  • Participate in the sales cycle for new opportunities, from initial identification through pipeline tracking, nurturing, and qualifying, including required business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the partner's customer base to ensure successful adoption of KPMG Data & AI services and to uncover additional revenue opportunities.
  • Establish KPMG as the preferred vendor for go-to-market initiatives, ensuring our Data & AI solutions are positioned for maximum pipeline growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to track pipeline metrics, forecast revenue , and report progress to senior management.
  • Participate in complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team for new business deals.
What you bring to the role
  • 1 0 + years of revenue origination, partner sales , or business development experience in the data, AI, or technology industry.
  • Proven track record in pipeline creation, opportunity management, and driving revenue growth through new business development.
  • Strong technical acumen and working knowledge of enterprise Data & AI platforms, especially within the Canadian market.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake platforms.
  • Experience leading go-to-market campaigns and cross-functional teams to deliver revenue results in Data & AI.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior level executives and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and revenue opportunities against quarterly targets.
  • Experience with emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, cloud data warehousing, SaaS) and developing joint value propositions.
  • Relevant post-secondary education; MBA is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across internal and external organizations.
  • Global alliance and sal es account management experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of KPMG and infrastructure technologies, services, and standards is an asset.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
