The Program Manager will ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution by driving structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined delivery across assigned workstreams.

Working closely with the Director of Program Management, this individual will help operationalize program priorities, support initiative execution, and contribute to the realization of measurable business value. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and coordination of AI, intelligent automation, and digitization initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader program priorities and timelines
  • Translate program strategy into actionable project and workstream plans, with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Maintain visibility into assigned initiatives, including tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, and escalating issues as needed
  • Prepare and deliver structured reporting and communications to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency on initiative status and results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and maintain alignment across business and technology stakeholders
  • Support the identification and evaluation of automation and digitization opportunities, including assessing potential impact and feasibility
  • Promote reuse and consistency of digital solutions by understanding available tools and encouraging adoption across teams
  • Contribute to program governance activities, including documentation, reporting standards, and best practices
  • Engage stakeholders to build awareness of digitization and automation capabilities, including tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, and support adoption efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally supporting digital transformation, automation, or data-related initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives, including managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Experience supporting cross-functional programs in complex organizational environments
  • Foundational understanding of automation, AI, or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), with the ability to engage in solution-oriented discussions
  • Ability to analyze and report on initiative performance, including progress tracking and benefits realization support
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering clear, concise updates to leadership audiences, with attention to key messaging and insights
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Collaborative and proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
