Job description
Title: Accounts Receivable Technician
Location: Downtown
Salary: 55-65K
Start date: as soon as possible


Are you looking for a new challenge and have experience as an Accounts Receivables Technician? Do you like working in a fast paced environment? If so, the position of Accounts Receivable Technician in Saint-Laurent is ideal for you!

Responsibilities
Validate customer orders and accounting codification
Prepare and send customer invoices
Process merchandise returns
Send statements of account
Complete client forms and portal registrations
Follow up on AR and payments received
Collection of overdue accounts
Analyze discrepancies and resolve billing/payment issues
Other related tasks

Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
2-3 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
Excel
