TLS is using Legacy Host / Mainframe system along with FIS Profile Tool to maintain services to our client and business stakeholders. The hiring manager is looking for a mainframe developer who can work independently and lead team of other developers. Also, team member should be willing to learn, understand and participate in future development in FIS Profile Tool (U4). The candidate will have opportunity to participate in solution design and lead development work with support of other team members. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will :

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop small to medium size mainframe based projects.
• Work on FIS profile tool and make code / functional changes.
• Support overnight batch cycle and troubleshoot the issue as they come.
• Work with Business partner, BSA, Architect etc team to develop design / solution for new project / feature.
• Troubleshoot issue occurring on current system, identify the root cause and fix it.
• Work with Project manager, scrum master and lead the team of developers.
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Support one or more highly complex business processes.
