Résumé du travail:
The Manager, Learning and Development Programs partners with the Director, Learning & Development to execute on the CSA Academy Strategy and Learning Center Programs, with a specialized focus on developing and supporting the Commercial Units (CSA Group’s Technical Sales team). This role is responsible for identifying learning needs across the Commercial Units (Industrial, Home & Commercial, Healthcare, GMA, etc.), designing and delivering impactful learning solutions, and fostering a Culture of Continuous Learning. The Manager will lead the end-to-end development and execution of training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and performance outcomes.
The position will be responsible for managing end-to-end learning program design, development, and delivery, with a focus on improving Commercial Unit (Sales) performance.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Learning & Consultation
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align learning initiatives with business goals and technical sales strategies.
Consult with business units to assess learning needs and recommend tailored solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Support the execution of CSA Academy and Learning Center programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Program Design & Delivery
Lead the design, development, and delivery of onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs for technical sales professionals.
Create blended learning experiences using eLearning, instructor-led training, simulations, and microlearning formats.
Facilitate engaging workshops and virtual sessions focused on solution selling, technical presentations, and customer engagement
Performance & Impact
Work with the CUs to define and track learning KPIs to measure performance improvement for CU staff.
Conduct post-training evaluations and apply insights to improve program effectiveness continuously.
Partner with Sales Operations to analyze performance data and link learning outcomes to business impact.
Uses corporate Learning Management System to maintain learning records, reports, evaluations and learning effectiveness measures.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work with CU leadership and cross-functional leaders on learning and development strategies.
Coordinate with HR and Talent teams to support career development and succession planning within the sales organization.
Support the creation of a culture of learning by promoting continuous development opportunities and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Education & Experience
Post-Secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design or Human Resources.
Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent designation/certification would be an asset.
5-7 years of experience with Technical Sales programs focused on Learning and Development, Instructional Design and/or facilitation of adult learning.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and technical product positioning in the TIC industry would be an asset.
Familiarity with CRM/CMS and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Certified to deliver Franklin Covey material/programs would be an asset
Excellent Facilitation Skills as well as superior verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Industry trends and current learning technologies.
Proficient in the use of technology to facilitate learning (Captivate, Articulate 360, AI, VR/AR, etc.)
Excellent project planning and execution ability.
Excellent time management skills
