The Company

Our client is a multinational organization in the financial industry. They are looking for a Proposal Specialist to join their team on a 1 year contract. This is a hybrid opportunity to support out of the Toronto, Waterloo or Montreal office.

The Role

The Proposal Specialist will be working with a team to respond to sales proposals and requests for proposals to support the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Project management of RFP from reception to submission; ensuring quality and timely responses
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create impactful proposals to optimize the opportunity of retaining the business
• Lead kick-off meetings to strategize action plans with subject matter experts, sales teams and other key stakeholders
• Work towards continuous improvements of the proposals process
• Other duties as required
