You will work with our products to support the Canadian Dental Practice Management Business. Our on-premise products are well established with strong customer loyalty and our cloud product launched this year.

As a Training & Implementation Consultant you will be driven and have a passion for high quality face to face training. Driving practice success and showing practices how our solutions are crucial to patients getting access to dental care.

You will be working closely with the wider training consultants and the training team leader on how to deliver professional training.

As we launch Dentally into Canada, you will play a key role in our growth and success. In between your training engagements, you will work closely with the entire cross-functional team to ensure customers are happy, productive, and successful.

As future initiatives and needs arise with the growth of Dentally in Canada, your input and the customer feedback you have gathered will be essential to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct kick-off calls with Practice managers and manage customer expectations.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs and responsibilities to minimize customer touchpoints and remove duplication of effort.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional resources such as Installs and Conversion teams.
  • Conduct personalization of the software to meet customer requirements.
  • Train and support our customers in the use of the software on-site in their own practice as well as remotely online as needed.
  • Ensure best practice training to maximize usage of the software and associated modules.
  • Promote and train software features in such a way as to maximize usage of our products to grow revenue for both the customer and our company.
  • Monitor and manage simultaneous onboarding projects, ensuring key milestones are being met on-time and without issue.
  • Work with the larger training team with the production of Training related documents and associated tasks.
  • Work with the team to manage and plan the delivery of new projects in an ever-changing environment.
  • Train other TSM’s in the software and processes as required.
  • Attend industry trade shows and represent the company.
  • Make active contributions and bring new ideas to help the overall growth and success of the team.
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to Product Development and Sales to enhance customer satisfaction.

Availability

  • Able to travel within Canada up to 3 weeks per month
  • Available for travel on evenings and weekends

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1 year training or implementation experience.
  • Strong, professional face to face customer service experience.
  • Ability to think and solve problems on the fly in a busy and challenging role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with external customers and with internal teams, with the ability to demonstrate the way forward while working on your own initiative.
  • A strong work ethic with the desire to exceed expectations.
  • Dental experience will be an advantage.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working as an effective team player, you will need to rely on the internal teams to make sure your sites are onboarded smoothly.
  • Previous experience working away from home as a sole representative of a company is advantageous.
  • This is a hybrid role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building
  • Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

The posted range for this position is between CAD 55,440 and CAD 75,240 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
