With the continued growthof the company RubiconPath has an exciting opportunity for anBilingual Accounting and Finance Recruiter to join our team.
Inthis role you will cover the essentials of searching for top talentand help develop recruiting strategies that promote effectivemethods to source and evaluate talent for RubiconPath and maintainquality candidate pipelines for key positions and proactive growth.
You will interface directly with company leadership. This parttimehigh commissionbased role can be fully remote from Canada.

What youlldo :
- Ownthe full cycle recruiting process for roles engaging evaluating andhiring top candidates to join ourclients
- Manage the inbound applicant pipelinewhile identifying passive job seekers using a full range ofsourcing / attraction tactics andresources
- Provide a pleasant experience forevery candidate from the applicant stage to offer while evaluatingskill level driving the interview and offer process salaryrecommendations and closing of the candidateleading
- Move the needle on recruitmentactivities ensuring candidates are moving through theprocess
What youllbring :
- 3years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experienceincluding sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for accountantscontrollers bookkeepers managers and other accountingroles.
- Experience managing and prioritizingmultiple searches projects
- Ability to buildrelationships and establish trust respect competence and confidencewith both candidates and hiring teams effectively andquickly
- Experience with applicanttracking systems sourcing and recruitment marketingtools
- Ability to set priorities and execute oncommitments in an environment of ambiguity and constantchange
