En tant qu'expert en la matière, documenter et suivre la stratégie de test.

Participer aux aspects techniques de la solution logicielle tout au long du cycle de développement (y compris les exigences, la conception, la mise en œuvre, les essais, la documentation, la maintenance, la formation et l'assistance).

Travailler à la mise en œuvre et à la maintenance du cadre d'automatisation des tests. Cela inclut le développement de nouveaux cas de tests automatisés, en plus de la maintenance des cas existants.

Construire des tests de bout en bout qui valident le produit dans son ensemble.

Maintenir et déployer des environnements de test QA fonctionnant sur Kubernetes / Azure.

Signaler les bogues de manière claire et concise et être prêt à soutenir l'équipe dans le dépannage de la cause première.

Utiliser et développer des outils et des méthodologies de dépannage qui minimisent le temps d'exécution de l'identification des problèmes.

Rendre compte de résultats complexes et les conserver de manière claire et structurée.

Jouer un rôle actif dans les scrums quotidiens, les sessions de toilettage hebdomadaires, la planification des sprints, etc.

Rendre compte de l'avancement des efforts de test de manière claire.

Vous avez les qualifications suivantes :

Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

Avoir au moins 5 années d'expérience en matière d'assurance qualité ou d'intégration et de vérification de solutions logicielles dans des environnements complexes.

Expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance qualité ou de l'intégration de logiciels et de la vérification de solutions logicielles dans des environnements complexes.

Expérience des tests d'automatisation côté serveur.

Expérience pratique de l'"écosystème de conteneurs", par exemple Docker, Kubernetes.

Connaissance du système d'exploitation Unix / Linux et des réseaux.

Solide compréhension des réseaux informatiques et / ou de télécommunications et excellentes compétences en matière de dépannage dans ces environnements.

Capacité avérée à se concentrer sur les tâches à accomplir et à les mener à bien dans les délais impartis.

Capacité à analyser et à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière rapide et créative. Avoir l'esprit client lorsqu'il s'agit de proposer des solutions.

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale, écrite et interpersonnelle.

Capacité à apprendre rapidement dans un environnement dynamique et très exigeant.

Démontrer un grande autonomie.

Compétences préférées :

Connaissance des langages de programmation : Python et / ou Java.

Expérience avec Jenkins, GitLab, ou CI / CD équivalent.

Expérience de travail dans le cloud public.

Expérience des tests de logiciels dans un environnement Agile.

Expérience de la reconnaissance vocale et de la compréhension du langage naturel (NLU).

Expérience de travail avec JIRA et les outils Atlassian associés.

Connaissance avancée de différentes distributions Linux pour l'installation, la configuration et la maintenance.

As a member of the Cerence team, you will :

As a QA subject matter expert (SME), document and track the test strategy.

Participate in the technical aspects of the software solution through the full development lifecycle (including requirements, design, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance, training and support).

Work in implementing and maintaining the test automation framework. This includes developing new automated test cases, in addition to maintaining existing ones.

Build end-to-end tests that validate the product as a whole.

Maintain and deploy QA testing environments running on Kubernetes / Azure.

Report bugs in a clear and concise manner and be prepared to support the team in troubleshooting the root cause.

Use and develop troubleshooting tools and methodologies that minimize the turn-around time of issue identification.

Report and maintain complex results in a clear and structured manner.

Play an active role in daily scrums, weekly grooming sessions, sprint planning etc.

Report progress on test efforts clearly.

Who you are :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Integration and Verification of software solutions in complex environments.

Industry experience in Software Quality Assurance or Integration, and verification of software solutions in complex environments.

Server-side automation testing experience.

Hands-on experience with the "container ecosystem" Docker, Kubernetes.

Unix / Linux OS and networking knowledge.

Solid understanding of computer and / or telecommunication networks and excellent troubleshooting skills in those environments.

Demonstrated ability to focus and complete tasks on time.

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems quickly and creatively. Have a customer mindset when proposing solutions.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

The ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and very demanding environment.

Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.

Preferred Skills :

Programming languages knowledge : Python and / or Java.

Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent CI / CD.

Experience working in the public cloud.

Experience testing software releases in an Agile environment.

Experience with speech recognition and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).

Experience working with JIRA and associated Atlassian tools.

Advanced knowledge of different Linux distributions for installation, configuration, and maintenance.
