About the program

Own delivery across cross-functional streams (Dev, Data, Architecture, Compliance) to modernize payments platforms and integrate new rails/services.

What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver complex payment modernization workstreams; manage scope, risk, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate dependencies across squads; enforce Agile ceremonies and reporting.
• Manage vendor engagements (e.g., networks, remittance partners); ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Drive implementation readiness: environment plans, cutover/runbooks, operational acceptance.
• Communicate program status to senior stakeholders; escalate risks proactively.

Must-have skills

• 8+ years PM in banking/financial services; proven success in payments programs.
• Strong governance/reporting (RAID logs, milestone tracking), and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models (Agile + controlled releases); familiarity with DevOps pipelines.

Nice to have (Payments domain)

• Hands-on experience delivering across: SWIFT/Lynx/FedWire, ACH/AFT/EDI/Bills, RTP/Zelle, Interac flows, remittances, tokenization/wallets, shared/data services, sanctions screening.
• Exposure to ISO 20022 transition programs; data/ops impacts.
• Experience with:
  • Wires (International SWIFT, Domestic Lynx, FedWire)
  • Interac e-Transfers, Interac Bulk EMT
  • Payments Shared Services & Data Services
  • Payments Sanctions Screening
