Overview :
We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable individual tojoin our team as a Data Entry Customer Service. In this role youwill be responsible for accurately entering customer data into ourdatabase and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update customerinformation in company databases and systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chatproviding prompt and courteous service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints escalating toappropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customerinteractions and transactions.
- Verify andcorrect data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting relevant dataas required by the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamlesscustomer service and data integrity.
- Performregular data quality checks and audits to identify and rectifydiscrepancies.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additionaleducation or training in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenwith a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability toempathize with customers to understand their needs andconcerns.
- Proficiency in basic computerapplications and data entry with the ability to navigate multiplesoftware systems simultaneously.
- Ability towork independently with minimal supervision and as part of a teamin a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility towork varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays asneeded.
