Job Summary :
The Senior Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects related to the OLIS-MORE portfolio, ensuring successful and on-time deployment of clients. This role involves managing issues, risks, and service change requests, engaging with clinical healthcare sites and stakeholders, and working closely with various teams to support deployments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in electronic health-related projects and lab information systems.

Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple aspects of OLIS direct integration projects, ensuring onboarding activities meet clients business requirements on time, scope and budget.
- Engage with clinical health care sites and stakeholders; handle client relationships to manage expectations.
- Proactively identify potential risk events and issues and develop mitigating strategies.
- Work with the OLIS development team to provide stakeholder feedback and business requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to support deployments / clients.
- Articulate and prioritize issues and risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate training of end-users and distribution of materials and job aids; develop documents and support materials as required.
- Use appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change.
- Ensure pre go-live readiness : technical, configuration, conformance obligations and any workflow modifications.
- Develop project status reports, deployment reporting / tracking, and maintain status reporting logs.
- Update and monitor project document repository.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Minimum 8-10 years experience project managing electronic health-related projects, ideally with experience deploying clinical software systems.Demonstrated knowledge of Lab Information Systems (LIS s), lab workflows and associated business processes within hospitals, patient admissions, health records and laboratories.Past Experience working with the Laboratory Information System (LIS).Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs in Matrix organizational environments.Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.Time Management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.Collaboration, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everybody works together effectively, this also involves conflict resolution.Knowledge of privacy policies and legislative processes Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA), Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standardsPreferred Skills & Certifications :
