IT Business Analyst - Oracle Cloud / Fusion ERP Security Specialist

Reports To : IT Business Applications Manager

Hybrid : 3 days onsite in Vaughan, Ontario

Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the security of our applications and data.

You will be responsible for analyzing and managing the entire security structure across all applications. This includes user management, role establishment, reporting, audit risks, controls management, and more.

You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

Responsibilities :

Security Management :

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments across all applications.
• Design, build, test, and maintain application security roles and business objects.
• Manage user access requests and provisioning of roles and data access.
• Maintain and administer Oracle BI and OTBI security.
• Create, maintain, and migrate risk management models and controls.
• Administer security incident assignments and related models and controls.
• User Management : Establish and manage user roles and permissions within Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Manage user categories and SSO groups, following internal governance practices.
• Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Integrations and Reporting : Support and manage integrations across multiple applications.
• Develop and maintain BI reports.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify and address potential security issues.
• System Operations : Configure and maintain applications at an administrative level.
• Perform application data refreshes across environments.
• Follow proper change management processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with project teams on implementing and upgrading new and existing business solutions.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Work closely with business stakeholders, system owners, and end users to identify and address security needs.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Participate in meetings and provide clear and concise updates on security initiatives.
• Other Duties : Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for application security.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Business Applications Manager.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in deploying and supporting software systems implementations within a global environment (cloud, hosted, and on-premise platforms).
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (preferred).
• Experience with user management, role-based access control, and data security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
