Job Summary

Design and implement end‑to‑end technical solutions, advising on feasibility, cost, and architecture. Provide leadership across business and technical stakeholders and ensure alignment with product road‑map and scalability requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze and provide feedback on requirements / functional designs.

Participate in architectural reviews and define architecture, ensuring alignment with product roadmap.

Design for large projects, conduct design reviews, and create design templates and standards.

Develop complex Java code, maintain standards, conduct code and performance reviews, and recommend development tools.

Set testing standards, recommend frameworks, and design automated test scripts.

Update executive team on vision, charter, and roadmap; participate in release planning and represent software development input.

Maintain customer relationships, understand issues, and provide solutions; define SLA metrics and ensure ITIL compliance.

Report overall project status, manage cross‑functional release cycle, and provide level of effort.

Qualifications

10+ years experience.

Recent experience driving Java‑based product software.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Pay Range (Toronto Office)

139,000 – 209,000 CAD / Annual
