About the Opportunity

At Ting Internet, our network is the backbone of how we connect communities. As an Engineer II, Network Operations , you'll play a key role in keeping our telecommunications network systems reliable, scalable, and performing at their best.

In this role, you'll support the operation, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across local and remote environments. You'll work closely with teammates across engineering and operations, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems with an intermediate level of proficiency

Assist with quality assurance and testing of network infrastructure and services

What You Bring

Comfort working independently with general supervision and clear objectives

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in network operations or a related engineering role

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD for US residents OR $80,000 - $90,000 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to : location, experience and qualifications.
