Accounts Payable technician
Title : Accounts Payable Clerk
Location : Old Port of Montreal
Schedule : 37.5 h / week (hybrid)
Salary : 65-70 000 k + excellent benefits package

Responsibilities
- Open supplier accounts in the accounting system
- Receive and verify invoices, employee expense accounts and credit card statements
- Process invoices for international companies
- Process employee expense accounts
- Ensure compliance with delegation of authority
- Follow up on necessary approvals
- Prepare payments for invoices and expense accounts
Qualifications
- DEC, DEP or AEC in accounting;
- Minimum 5 years' experience;
- Bilingual (strong command of English);
- Knowledge of MS Office environment;
- Knowledge of Great Plains accounting system;
- Experience with inter-company transactions, foreign currencies (asset);
- Experience in managing employee expense accounts and corporate credit cards (an asset).
