Responsibilities

Receiving and verifying invoices accurately

Maintaining vendor records

Preparing and processing payments

Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accurate payment records and resolving any discrepancies.

Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues

Generating reports on accounts payable activities

Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions

Qualifications

AEC / DEC in Accounting

2-5 years of experience

Experience working with D365(an Asset)

Proficient with Excel

Bilingual
