Position : Accounts Payable Technician

Location : Westmount, Quebec Salary : Up to $75,000 based on experience

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you'll play a crucial role in managing their accounts payable processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle.
• Manage the printing and distribution of checks to suppliers.
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in GST and PST filings.
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
