Reporting directly to Senior Vice President Direct Investment, the Executive Director, Growth and Strategy will be primarily responsible assisting with strategy development and M&A activities, ensuring alignment with the vision and strategy of Ocean Capital.
More specifically, the Executive Director, Growth and Strategy will help develop and help implement a strategy to drive the company’s value growth and performance through investments in new businesses and identify value growth opportunities within the existing Ocean Capital group of companies.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a strong blend of business acumen, experience with strategy development and execution as well as significant experience with M&A execution and integration activities-including within industries in which Ocean Capital is active.
A natural relationship builder and excellent communicator, you have demonstrated the ability to drive growth and value creation and are experienced with communicating and interacting at the Board level.
