What will your typical day look like?

Our team is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants with a passion for the banking and investment solutionsindustry to deliver engagements in strategic planning, operating model design, and transformation program delivery.
You will build and sustain relationships with clients at multiple levels, and manage engagement teams to design,build, and commercialize solutions to solve client and consumer problems. You will work on collaborative teamswith responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues, interviewing key personnel, developingrecommendations, and facilitating workshops to drive client decision making.
In addition to client engagements, you will be expected to contribute to the growth of the practice, playing a keyrole in account development activities and pursuits, and leading initiatives to build internal assets, thought leadership, and new offerings.

You are someone who has

• 1- 5 years of experience in management consulting or the financial services industry (e.g., product, internalstrategy/transformation, operations management
• Support the definition of the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for financial transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication and actively lead agile product development cycles from ideation todevelopment to release.
• Proven experience in designing and developing digital capabilities, including process optimization andimplementation of digital solutions.
• Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteriatailored to the client’s business.
• Ability to work both independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and as a contributor to cross-functionalteams through large-scale strategy, transformation, or delivery engagements.
• Strong intellectual horsepower, including critical thinking skills, complex problem solving, analytical abilities,and the capacity for creative thinking.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey complex subject matter tostakeholders at the working team and executive level.
• Knowledge or awareness of key trends and market forces impacting the financial

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
