Lead complex business decisions, mitigate enterprise risk, and influence senior leaders in a high-impact role where your expertise drives confidence, compliance, and commercial success.

What will your typical day look like?

As a trusted advisor to Partners and business leaders, you will provide strategic guidance on complex contractual, risk, compliance, and operational matters. You will lead negotiations for high-value and high-risk agreements, assess risks, and develop practical solutions that support business objectives while protecting the firm.

You will also oversee a variety of service line risk management activities, including regulatory compliance, policy governance, security incident response, and process improvement initiatives. Working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, you will deliver recommendations, presentations, and training that enable informed decision-making and drive positive business outcomes.

About the team

Our team serves as a strategic partner to the business, helping navigate risk, compliance, contractual, and operational challenges in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We collaborate closely with Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide practical, solution-oriented advice that enables growth while protecting the firm.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

  • Extensive experience leading complex, high-risk, and high-value contract negotiations independently, with the ability to confidently advise the business on contractual risk and commercial considerations.
  • Strong ability to assess contractual terms and conditions, understand business objectives and scope of work, and develop practical risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading teams, coaching professionals, and managing challenging stakeholder and employee situations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex business problems, and develop innovative solutions that balance business objectives with risk management requirements.
  • Experience managing service line risk matters beyond contracting, including security incidents, regulatory and compliance obligations, policy adherence, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to provide clear, practical, and influential guidance to Partners and senior stakeholders, driving sound business decisions.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to deliver polished presentations, facilitate discussions, and build credibility with senior client representatives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

It would be great for you to have some of these nice-to-haves as well:

  • A demonstrated track record of building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization and gaining the confidence of key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making and independently drive outcomes with senior leaders and Partners without requiring ongoing escalation or oversight.
