Vehicle Evaluation Specialist - Quality

The Role

The Vehicle Evaluation Specialist will report to the Vehicle Evaluation Manager. They will complete assignments from the Variability Reduction Team manufacturing Co-Lead for the assigned Variability Reduction team. The analyst will work amongst the product development team members of the assigned VRT to stay apprised of all emerging issues concerning the assigned VRT.

Minimum qualifications:

Education:

• 3-year college diploma in quality, manufacturing or a related discipline. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required. )

Experience:

• 2 years manufacturing and/or quality experience (internship and co-op experience will be considered).
• Must be able to work all shifts; days, afternoons, midnights.
  

Preferred Qualifications :

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Experience:

• Green or Black Belt Six Sigma trained or certified.
• Demonstrated ability to perform Error Proofing Data Analysis and Interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The expected annual salary range for this position is $74,000 - $124,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
