About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ)

At Fulfillment IQ, we are transforming the future of logistics technology. As an award-winning consultancy and technology partner, we work with brands, retailers, and 3PLs to solve their most complex challenges - whether it's designing strategy, selecting the right tech stack, building custom software, or implementing enterprise platforms.

Our team includes logistics experts, engineers, and strategists who bring both technical depth and practical experience to every engagement. We value clear thinking, strong execution, and real results. If you're a builder, thinker, and doer who wants to shape the next generation of logistics solutions, FIQ is where you'll find meaningful work and career growth.

We're proud to be an inclusive, globally distributed team that values flexibility and collaboration. At FIQ, your ideas and contributions matter. You'll have the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, drive innovation that sets new standards, and grow in a culture that celebrates learning, diversity, and teamwork.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with 4-6 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, user‑centric solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands‑on product management, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high‑quality products on time
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to inform product strategy
  • Conduct user research to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements
  • Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure user stories are well‑defined with clear acceptance criteria
  • Monitor product performance, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure delivery
  • Champion agile and product management best practices, driving continuous improvement within teams
  • Communicate product vision, updates, and release plans to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and privacy requirements
  • Contribute to the development of user‑centric experiences, driving innovation across product lines

Requirements & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of product management experience in a software or technology‑driven environment
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practices
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management tools
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams

Good‑to‑Have Skills

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or e‑commerce technology domains
  • Exposure to user‑centric design and innovation practices

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer Success: Clear requirements captured, high customer satisfaction, successful client engagements
  • Product Delivery: Improved sprint velocity, timely feature releases, reduced requirement‑related defects
  • Market Insights: Actionable competitive research, roadmap recommendations adopted by leadership
  • Collaboration: Positive stakeholder feedback, strong cross‑functional team alignment
  • Business Impact: Increased product adoption, measurable revenue contribution via upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
