A fast-growing, Toronto-based private equity firm is expanding its team and is seeking a

Senior Frontend Engineer . The firm specializes in delivering structured solutions that accelerate liquidity across private equity portfolios.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end delivery of core frontend features for our in-house private equity SaaS platforms and analytics tools.

Become a product expert in private equity workflows, portfolio monitoring, and investment analysis by working closely with investment teams and end users.

Design and build intuitive, high-impact dashboards and financial interfaces from scratch—no templates, no prior art.

Translate complex, multi-layered financial data into performant, scalable, and secure frontend experiences.

Partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to shape architecture, data flows, and feature priorities early.

Integrate real-time and AI-driven analytics to support deal sourcing, valuation, and portfolio performance insights.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing across UI development, data visualization, API integration, and user workflows.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.

Experience using state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

Solid background in data visualization (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Highcharts).

Proficiency with modern styling and component systems, including TailwindCSS, CSS-in-JS, and component libraries like Radix UI, Shadcn / ui, MUI, or Ant Design.
