About the Role:
The Sr. Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing site performance across a wide array of client sites, including differences in paid and earned traffic from media, search, social, email and other sources.This role will support the Associate Director in understanding the client’s business and analytic needs, in terms of developing reporting that promotes decision making and insights that drive to recommended actions.This role will work alongside a team of resources to automate reporting, develop insights, and identify opportunities to optimize future marketing efforts.In this role, the analyst will have exposure to a wide variety of data-driven analyses across media, site, email and social, and leverage Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI to effectively visualize that performance.
Responsibilities:
Education and Experience
·3+ years of experience in site analysis and advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics with an understanding of related Adobe Marketing Cloud products
·Demonstrated experience applying statistical analysis to datasets, visualizing results, and communicating the correct interpretation
·Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently
·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science or Data Science preferred
·Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Excel skills for data analysis required
·Experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
·Experience using Power BI, Domo, Looker or Tableau preferred but not required
·Some business and marketing understanding, to understand performance trends and develop insights into the causality of performance, leading to optimization recommendations
·Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
·Must be able to handle multiple client projects simultaneously
·Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and evolve as business requirements change
