Responsibilities
- Works with a small team of Proposal Specialists on submission documents that may include: Expressions of Interest (EOI); Requests for Qualifications (RFQ); Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Assists with RFP review process including reviewing RFP requirements, development of proposal outline and timeline/assignments (Proposal Plan), and identifying questions, concerns and potential risks to inform the Strategic Visioning and proposal planning stage of the process.
- Participates in the kick-off ‘Strategic Visioning’ and Proposal Planning session, ensuring that all key proposal stakeholders are represented.
- Assists with researching key submission data necessary to create a submission document.
- Assists with translating a proposal ‘Vision’ into a compelling proposal layout and graphic design working primarily in InDesign, and creating compelling graphics and visual communication strategies, including strategic image selection and/or acquisition.
- Assists in the assembly and review of responses for compliance, accuracy and content, and coordinate/ participate in review sessions with teammates/ stakeholders to ensure the integrity of all documents and solutions.
- Accurately proof, edit and reword text.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Working towards a degree or diploma in a communications field.
- Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign would be considered an asset.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $19.57- $28.69, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
