We are searching for a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes across the organization for Capital Markets and Wealth Management. You will provide recruitment and administrative/logistical support to a team of recruitment professionals to help drive our recruiting initiatives. Leveraging your high degree of accuracy and good judgment, you will work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate the end-to-end offer process. You will prepare offer letters and reports ensuring positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree
•Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
•Proven ability to manage high volume offer letter generation with multiple stakeholders
•Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
•Positive attitude and collaborative, no tasks too small mindset
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
