Guidewire Business Analyst

Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Datahub ClaimCenter initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ClaimCenter functionalities within the Datahub ecosystem. This position requires strong domain knowledge in insurance claims processing and hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Datahub.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements related to ClaimCenter and Datahub integration.
• Map current and future state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and development teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities between ClaimCenter and Datahub.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution.
• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users and stakeholders as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, Guidewire product updates, and data management best practices.
