Inside Sales Representative

Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with 13 years of construction sales or customer service this role you will manage rental quotations reservations and customer accounts while promoting company products and services through strong communication organization and relationshipbuilding skills. The ideal candidate is a competitive selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced environments and understands the full sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process rental quotations reservations and contracts
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom sufficiently stocked with merchandise
• Research and maintain a database of contacts and leads.
• Schedule and execute strategic cold calls to new and current customers
• Track and log lost rentals
• Implementation continuous improvement and support of Texada Rental Software
• Add visibility to the sales process with consistent and accurate reporting and documentation
• Promote any other goods or services that the Company has to offer.
• Profile new and existing customers while ensuring existing customer satisfaction with products or services.
• Keep current on product knowledge features and benefits of all equipment potential saleable by the Company.
• Other duties assigned as needed
